1:Discovery Workshop

We go through the entire project with the client to ensure full cross-team understanding of the client’s goals, business requirements and vision. All assumptions and constraints should be clarified and from here we should be able to enter planning.

2:Planning

In this phase we define the project plan and create all the relevant documentation produced for the execution of the project. We get very detailed in this phase – we don’t leave anything to

3:Design

If part of the project is design, we’ll design all the project screens based on approved
wireframes and brand guidelines. We’ll do web, tablet and mobile designs as required and present it all in a clickable prototype in Invision.

4:Development

Following the design phase we move into development. We set up 2 or 3 week sprints to hit key milestones and have a client review session at the end of each sprint. We’ll build a carefully optimised, clean code structure that delivers on the brief in terms of functionality and resilience.

5:Testing

Each sprint is tested thoroughly by our team before the client demo and before final release we do a round of regression, load and security testing. We also offer testing as a standalone service where required.
